A light, floaty scarf made from finely woven cotton. Striking geometric patterns picked out with stitch resist pop against the deep, inky stain of natural indigo.
Shibori has Japanese roots and has been deftly adapted into the Indian craft lexicon for decades now. Designs are created by hand stitching, pleating or clamping fine fabric and then immersing in dye. Every result is a surprise and is unique to that particular piece.
