Shipping + Returns


We take 2-4 days to process your confirmed order. Typically, we ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Extra Helpings is a really tiny team and this system allows us to best manage the everyday details of our business. 
Your packages will be sent through traceable USPS or UPS. As much as we would like to, we can't control for packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. If this happens, email us and let's work together to see if we can file a claim.
If you need your order expedited/ by a certain date, email us. We'll do everything we can to make it happen!
Right now, we only ship within the contiguous United States. 



Due to the small size of our business and the limited edition style of our products, we currently don't accept returns. But, we care about you and we want you to love our goods as much as we do! Let's talk about what you didn't like and try to set up an exchange. The return shipping fees will be on you. The package must be traceable and insured to the correct value.
